A Christmas Eve Engagement
After being together for 4 years Aaron knew that it was time to propose to his girlfriend Arista. It is something they had talked about before and she had let him know that once they were engaged photos would be very important. So he reached out to us to be there the moment she proposed.
He told her for Christmas he had booked her a photoshoot seeing as this year wasn’t a good year to get engaged. On Christmas Eve we arrived on the ridge of Calgary’s iconic Scotsman’s Hill overlooking to downtown core. I set them for their first pose, asked them to smile and Aaron dropped down to one knee to propose. Arista was taken completely by surprise, letting out a few tears followed by a YES! A perfect beginning to a Christmas she will never forget. So glad we got to be a part of such a special beginning in their lives.
