The Mascho’s Wedding in Calgary’s Beautiful Fish Creek Park

The wedding day started out at there home where the entire family got ready for the day together. Paul and Heather’s three kids helped both of them get ready for a day they had all been waiting for, for a long time. Sarika didn’t waste anytime ensuring everyone’s hair and makeup was looking perfect and each of their children received a special give to wear at the wedding.

Their First Look was a Moment to Remember

Once both Paul and Heather were ready we went next door to stage their first look. Their neighbour had a beautiful back yard and when Heather came around the corner you could tell Paul was touched by her beauty. The moment was only enhanced by their children watching from their balcony in the yard next to them.

Their Ceremony at the Gazebo in Fish Creek Park

Fish Creek Park is such a spectacular location offering an almost limitless set of possibilities to have a wedding ceremony. The Mascho’s chose to have theirs at the Gazebo next to the beautiful Bow Valley Ranch house. It was a very intimate and private ceremony that only their closest’s family and friends attended. Everyone was able to fit inside the Gazebo and there was a special part of the ceremony where they addressed their kids and expressed how important they were to both of them.

The Creative Formals in Fish Creek Park

Once the Ceremony was finished we took a short break and visited Annie’s Bakery and Cafe for some refreshing ice cream (http://www.bvrrestaurant.com/content/13-annies-bakery). While everyone was finishing their ice cream we captured all the family photos as well as pics of the wedding party. Then everyone else headed home to prepare for their camping trip and Paul, Heather and I took a walk into the National Park to capture their formal photos. Just as we were finishing up we made a stop in front of the iconic Bow Valley Ranche for a couple final photos.
