COVID-19 may be changing the way we’re living for the time being, but what it doesn’t change is the love you have for your partner. If you are still looking to get married in 2020 we would like to help you “still say I do” and celebrate your love with our “Petite Wedding Package”.

Chair Flair, JM Photography and Weddings by Tamara have partnered together along with some of our most prestigious wedding venues to create an


“Petite Wedding Package” so you can say ‘I Do” as you had hoped and planned in 2020. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to have a magical day while staying safe and complying with the established Covid-19 health and safety guidelines.

The Aim of the “Petite Wedding Package” is to provide you with a one-stop all-inclusive package with everything you will need to say ‘I Do’ – a beautiful ceremony in a luxurious setting alongside your immediate family & closest friends *Including everyone else via Live Stream Video!

Currently – 15 people or less including couple


Package Price – $2,500 + GST

Ceremony Officiant

Health & Safety

At all times, vendors will adhere to C.D.C. and W.O.H. Covid-19 guidelines for optimal distancing, sanitation and viral protection during this uncertain time. We have done our due diligence and properly researched how to keep these events as risk-free as possible. Here’s what to expect on your wedding day.

Health Checks:

All vendors, couples, and guests will be required to complete and sign a health check form the day of the wedding. This along with mandatory temperature screening will be required before being permitted to enter the wedding space.

Protective Gear:

All vendors and guests will be required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth. ALL guests will be responsible for supplying their own protective gear in order to be granted access to the wedding space.

–Does the couple need to do this?

Social Distancing:

The guests will be thoughtfully placed into seating arrangements which distances separate family homes from each other. The couple will complete a form before the wedding notifying the venue of the guests and their relationship/living arrangements to each other.


All surfaces and gear will be sanitized before and after each wedding. The couple, guests, and vendors will be given hand sanitizer before entering the wedding space.

Quarantine Clothing:

Vendors will wash their wedding day clothing in warm and soapy water on a heavy soil cycle. They will then bag the clothing and quarantine it for 14 days between wedding days. Wedding day clothing will be removed at the end of the day and bagged at the venue. This clothing as well as the clothing immediately changed into will be washed as mentioned above and then will begin its quarantine time to be safe for the next wedding day.

Compliance With Restrictions:

All vendors will be kept up to date with all required compliances and restrictions. Attendance at these events will be based on Government requirements.

If Covid-19 prevents ceremonies from proceeding, deposits will not be refunded and ceremonies will be rescheduled at no additional cost to our couples.


If you decide to have a reception and a dance at a later date Chair Flair will provide their services for any decor rentals you need at a 15% discounted rate at a date and time of your choice within an 18 month period following your ceremony celebration.
