A Little Rain and Wind Never Stopped Us

These are some of the beautiful images from Lindsay and Michael’s engagement sessions with our studio. We started our afternoon in their beautiful home where our Makeup and Hair stylist Michelle Walsh got to work right away at making Lindsay look fabulous.

While Lindsay was enjoying her make over we captured some really amazing shots of the beautiful ring that Michael proposed to her with.

The Engagement Session in Canmore along the Three Sisters Parkway

As we were leaving Calgary the sun was high in the sky and looked absolutely amazing but to closer we got to Canmore the clouds started to close in. Upon arriving the rain had started, however our first location was an old abandoned mine so it provided much needed shelter for us to get started. Then we moved into the trees where the light drizzle that was now coming down couldn’t reach us.

One of the requests of the bride was an epic mountain shot and with all the mountains covered in clouds we decided to call it a day. We rebooked the session for a couple weeks later and our stylist Christina Kemp with Modern Makeovers came out to do Lindsay’s hair and makeup for the day. We arrived at Barrier Lake and captured some amazing shots as the sun set just behind the ridge of the mountains.

Lindsay and Michael’s Print Products

At there viewing session they selected a couple images to be printed to our beautiful wall mounted prints and they will be printed to metallic ink to retain the beautiful colour vibrance found in each picture.
