We started our afternoon at their home where our Makeup and Hair stylist Michelle Walsh got to work right away at making Jaclyn look fabulous.

The Engagement Ring

While Jaclyn was enjoying her make over we captured some really amazing shots of the beautiful ring that Scott proposed to her with.

Inglewood

As the sun was just getting ready to set behind the mountains we started out on the East side of Inglewood. With Inglewood being Calgary’s oldest neighbourhood it is an excellent place to find edgy urban backgrounds and textures. Starting off at an old white barn, taking our chances in the middle of traffic and on an old fire escape, we couldn’t be more happy with the results.

Downtown Calgary

Once the sun had set we visited the recently build, and very modern under passes under the CN railway tracks and connects 9th ave with 10th. The neon lights made for really interesting leading lines, and the grand underpass shot that we build from almost a dozen exposures was so much fun to create.

Their Engagement Session Prints

We are so excited to receive their beautiful engagement album that will have some of their favourite images decorating their pages. They will be using their album as the guest signing book at their wedding and will become a special heirloom in their home. These and their other prints from their wedding will truly be beautiful additions to their home.
