Our team is experienced in everything from small intimate affairs to large scale corporate BBQ’s for 1000+ guests. Whatever the event we’re here to help you create a memorable experience for your guests.

How do you help couples customize their wedding?

A Setting For Any Style – Whether it’s an intimate occasion or a big bash, we have a venue to give it a unique flair. From formal affairs to more casual parties, the Calgary Zoo can accommodate groups of 30 to 300 plus. Ample parking, central location and
LRT access make the Calgary Zoo the perfect place for your special day.

What’s included in your Standard Package?

Included in your venue rental is your choice of complimentary linens in ivory, white or black & votive candles for each table, all tables and chairs are supplied with place settings and we provide the necessary servers & bartenders and take care of set up / clean up. Admission is included for your guests, keeping them occupied between ceremony & reception

Booking Information

Do you require a deposit?

Yes – A specific amount (see other), Deposit in the amount of venue rental required to confirm your date

Payment Options

They accept the following forms of payment at their business location.

• Cash and Certified Cheque / Bank Draft
• All Major Credit Cards (Visa Master Card and American Express)

Do couples need to sign a contract for their event?

They require a contract to be signed to secure your wedding date.

How far in advance should couples book you for their wedding?

On average, our couples book about 1.5 years in advance
